Most of us have an inner voice that judges, pressures or tells us we’re not doing enough. In this relaxed, coffee-shop style workshop, we’ll slow down and get curious about that voice instead of trying to silence it.
During this free two-hour workshop we will be using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach to explore the idea that the ‘inner critic’ is actually a protective part of us that developed for a reason. When we approach it with curiosity rather than shame, something powerful can shift.
